Receiving an Offer is the Start of Negotiations

Once we have secured an offer (or multiple offers) on your property, buyers are prepared to negotiate. Randy Lusk will use every negotiation tool we know to help you secure the best terms possible on your home sale. We will advise you of all of the terms and conditions offered by the potential buyer as well as your options for a reply. Here we will cover the sale contingencies, financing being used and any other terms being offered by your potential buyer as well as laying out all of your options for moving forward.

Closing the Sale

Working Through the Contract Terms to Complete Your Sale

Now that terms have been agreed upon, Randy Lusk will support you throughout the final steps of selling your home. We will work closely with the Buyers Agent and Lender to ensure all terms of the contract are met in a timely manner and that all necessary paperwork is completed. Dates for all terms will be laid out and followed leading up to your final closing date where all that will be left is for you to sign the closing documents and celebrate the successful sale of your home!
